You can get a total of 12 Crewmate Cards in Granblue Fantasy Relink. From the 12, you will be able to get up to six while completing the game’s main storyline, while the remaining six can only be acquired during the postgame. • Crewmate Card #1: Will be given to you by Siero after you talk with Io at the beginning of Chapter 4.
• Crewmate Card #2: Can be acquired by completing the Saga Grande: The Beginning Quest.  I first spotted the Quest during Chapter 6. 
• Crewmate Card #3: Will be automatically given to you during Chapter 6.
• Crewmate Card #4: Will be given to you by Siero at the beginning of chapter 8.
• Crewmate Card #5: Can be acquired by completing The Saga Continues: Ice Quest (Unlocked after completing Chapter 9).
• Crewmate Card #6: Will be automatically unlocked at the beginning of Chapter 0 as a reward for completing the game’s main storyline.
• Crewmate Card #7: Can be acquired by exchanging 7 Gold Dalia Badges with Siero. The ability to exchange the currency will only become available after completing the main storyline.
• Crewmate Card #8: Can be acquired by completing the Hide and Chic Quest. The quest will eventually become available during the postgame.
• Crewmate Card #9: Can be acquired by completing The Saga Continues: Fire Quest (Unlocked after completing The Sage Continues: Ice).
• Crewmate Card #10: Can be acquired by completing the Wings of Enquirity Rank Up Quest. The quest will become available after you complete 4 of Ronan’s unfinished jobs during Chapter 0.
• Crewmate Card #11: Can be acquired by completing the No One Likes Leftovers quest. The quest will be unlocked together with the Very Hard Quest Difficulty after you complete Wings of Enquirity.
• Crewmate Card #12: Unlocked together with the Extreme Difficulty Quests during Chapter 0.
